Mobilemate Reader Question Before Buying Sd Card?

Question before buying sd card? - mobilemate reader

I've heard that some card readers do not read or have difficulty reading memory cards of 2GB and more. It is true that the SanDisk MobileMate? I'll buy a memory card for my camera, and I do not want to fly from $ 30. Thank you for reading!

The card readers are not in a position a 2-GB card, the technology is likely to be treated fairly old. If you have a USB 2.0-capable, not USB 1.1, it should be clear. If the FireWire card is I think it's a good job.

Cards larger than 2 GB with the new format of the SDHD (FAT 32). Age card readers usually do not read the new format. They used the old FAT16 file format.

You need to buy a new SDHC card reader when it comes to egLexar with your card (per card).

2GB cards can be read by every reader into a USB 1.1 or 2.0.
