Activate Activex Control What Are ActiveX Controls???

What are ActiveX controls??? - activate activex control

I have a problem with my website. Appears when loading a page from Microsoft, simply click OK to ask "to activate ActiveX controls .... When you click OK, close the page and sends an error message to Microsoft.
I tried to go to the Microsoft Web site to help you, but I do not think that reinstalling Windows my only solution! .. HELP!
